You hit the nail on the head for me. I’ve been thinking of revamping my calling schedules because of this exact problem.

What was the last straw for me? A client flew too close to the sun for me. I didn’t mind the first call to get the scope of the project, but before she even paid me, she was asking for another call.

Ummmm, no. Why do you need two consultations for one project? I realized that my energy is being wasted.

That, and I literally loathe talking on the phone. Written instructions go way better for me.
